JSTTY does not currently sell personal information or use this site for cross-context behavioral advertising. The site does not currently set advertising cookies, so there is no advertising-cookie preference to switch off here.
Access, correction, or deletion
You may request access to personal information you provided, ask that inaccurate information be corrected, or request deletion where applicable. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Submitting a request
Email hello@jstty.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line. Describe the request and the email address or interaction it relates to. Please do not send sensitive identification documents unless specifically requested through a secure method.
Authorized requests
Where permitted, an authorized agent may submit a request for you. We may ask for evidence of authorization and may contact you directly to confirm the request.
Non-discrimination
JSTTY will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. Some information may need to be retained when required by law or reasonably necessary for security, contractual, or operational purposes.
